Q: Where can I find your products?

A: Our products are available across Atlantic Canada! Check out our Store Locator page to find a location close to you.  Just enter your town or postal code and we'll give you a map and driving directions : )

Q: Are all of your products dairy-free and gluten-free?

A: You bet.  Bars, bites, squares and oatmeal.  All of our ingredients meet these standards, and we don't use shared equipment.  

Q: Do your products last long?  Do they require refrigeration?

A: Our best before dates are typically in the 8 month range, and they travel and keep very well.  No refrigeration required : )

Q: Is free shipping available?

A: You bet.  We offer free shipping on orders $70 and over.   

Q: Where do you offer free delivery?

A: We offer contactless, home delivery in St. John's, Corner Brook, Happy Valley - Goose Bay and Grand Falls - Windsor for all orders $25 and over.

Q: How do subscriptions work?

A: It's easy!  You select the products, and the delivery timelines, that you'd like.  You can change things after if you wish, online.
